South Carolina Treasure and Artifact Association  - June Minutes                         June 30,  2013             

 

The SCTAA met on June 24, 2013 with 29 in attendance.  The program covered an explanation of the prizes and procedures for our annual hunt at Lake Lure.  There are several measures that were explained that make the hunt fair for all the hunters.  Maggie Moffat was commended for her regular monthly donations of silver coins to be used at the hunt.  Everyone was encouraged to make donations, if possible, and plan to participate.

 

Important Dates:  Fall Hunt at Lake Lure - October 26, 2013

                             Annual Awards Banquet - January 13, 2014

 

May treasury ended with a balance of $478.84.  We collected: Money Donations for Points - $105; donation can - $17.50.  The closing balance is $601.34.
